I have had a relative in this facility as well as know and have spoken to previous employees that worked here. the 4th floor, which the employees call the “Death Floor” is horrible! I was able to finally get my relative out in 2017, however he died 2 weeks later. I was his POA and should have been notified of ER visits etc. I was never. I only knew once I received papers from the new place. he had broken facial bones, ribs etc. his Room at fuller was packed with wet sheets, urniated sheets, I found a 39mg oxy in his floor etc.

I still cannot believe that hit the ok to expand. the state is in there daily. come on!

I have had a relative in this facility as well as know and have spoken to previous employees that worked here. the 4th floor, which the employees call the "Death Floor" is horrible! I know factual issues and events I witnessed at this location. I've wanted to expose this for years, ivd been dealing with getting through the loss of my father and brother. I am ready to make sure people know what goes on in these places. the stories are true! there were a few good people there. My brother was abused, here as well as Spectrum downtown. the reports I filed with security etc, I could not get copies due to my brother passed awsy. Reports were said not to be ready prior. how convenient. I billed Fuller got the items lost, broke, stolen. we settled on that total. I regret it. The healthcare system needs overhauled. employees/physicians held accountable. People dont think twice when an elderly or disabled person pass. Some families think these places are completely honest. they are not. Advocate for your loved ones as well as others if you notice things. Don't assume, listen and pay attention. I will add photos soon. I have photo, reports.

My uncle is currently at this facility and sharing a room with another patient. The patient that he's sharing a room with just tested positive for Covid, so the facility decided to close the doors in quarantine my uncle in with the patient who tested positive for Covid. Mind you, my uncle did not test positive for Covid. This level of care is disgusting, do not support this location.
