Each staff member (including the receptionist to the aid who showed me the exam room to the clinician) was very nice, helpful, and kind. The clinician explained what she thinks is happening and all the possible interventions. I just wish I had actually met with a doctor. The person I met with surprised me that she didn’t understand why I couldn’t have an MRI because I have a stent. It’s such basic info that it gave me less confidence in her other comments.
Lauren and Tarra are a great team to work with. Very knowledgeable in their field.Always willing to help my husband understand his problem, and find new ways to address it.
