Everything here is great! I started feeling better a couple days after I got here…Cassidy in therapy was sassy and kept pushing me. I’m walking 80 feet and getting ready for my next journey at Mary Free Bed.

Wonderful staff, they helped my mother so much during her time there for ventilator liberation. The only problem we had was with staff from third shift, can't recall specific names but we did voice our concerns to our case worker Jill. It was mainly wait times when my mom needed assistance going to the bathroom, since she was not ambulatory. I understand, they could be short staff, but that is something that should be addressed, ratio between patients and staff. Some days I noticed staff having more patients due to people calling off or being short staffed. It really hinders quality of care. As far as the staff goes they were outstanding and excellent. They're amazing at multi tasking and we're super friendly. Words can't even explain how wonderful everyone was to me! I felt so comfortable while I was here.
