The people at Rubies care! I have been getting facials, color, and styling at Rubies for years. I get so many compliments on my hair color... Elle is the master. Not only does Elle color and style my hair to perfection he helps me choose the best Surface products to keep my hair healthy and beautiful. People will just come up to me and ask me about my hair... at the store, in restaurants, at the gas station, even on the street. It always makes me feel special. Fantastic for people with curls! I have pencil tight 3b curls and have been terrified of salons for years. But Rubies was amazing! Karrie genuinely understands curly hair - she knows how to avoid triangle head, she understands that wet curls get much shorter when they dry, she gives great scalp massages (haha), and on and on. She knows how to work with curls like mine, which is super rare, and she's not the only one in the salon. The other stylists understand curls as well.
