This is the place to get brilliant at the basics through hardwork and discipline. I've learned so much in a short amount of time and people go out of their way to be friendly and considerate at this gym. It can be very intimidating when you observe the higher levels because they have weapons and i'm highly preferential to not getting my butt kicked - especially with wooden sticks, sledge hammers, etc but everything i've seen so far shows that you don't reach that stage until you are fully ready to be there and Craig teaches through slow repeitition every step of the way.
