    Love my training with Larissa. Down 11.5 pounds and feeling stronger going twice a week for about 6 weeks. I changed my food and reported to her at first on that to get on track! Eating healthy and focused exercise works! Check this place out for sure. It’s worth every penny 😎

    I recommend walking in the door! To change! To get better! To feel better! These guys are awesome and very knowledgeable about diet and exercise. Strength training for me now bc I’m pushing 50! Highly recommend
