After my husband died... needed different insurance so it led me to silver sneakers, out of my comfort zone I have met so many nice people... it's been beautiful love it here, life saving ??❤️
All around great sports and fitness complex. MVP has it all. As seniors, we can choose where to go for free and this is the best in town. Great fitness area, spacious locker rooms, hot tub and sauna. Lots of classes and personal training is available. First session is free. Photos not allowed naturally.
Love this place! There have been many positive upgrades (2023). The locker rooms are beautiful, lots of fun classes and highly experienced trainers. The pool area is well managed and they have great swim instructors! Unlike some clubs, they do provide towels.
