Life Addicts Studio has changed my life, literally! I’ve dropped 30 pounds and maintained it for over a year. I also make healthier lifestyle and eating choices on autopilot. They offer several workout times, great facility and amazing tight-knit community. Can’t say enough good things!
Life Addicts Studio is so much more than a gym! Whitney and Travis have created a true family culture where you feel supported by, uplifted by, and accountable to each other. This makes the journey of health and wellness (and making through each challenging, kick-butt session??) motivating and encouraging week after week. Love my LAS fam!
I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere, trainers and results from this Studio. I am in better shape at 41 than I've been in the last 15 years or so because of this team. The coaches here care deeply for the community and are actively striving for us to be more flexible, stronger and supportive of one another. They have monthly membership options and affordable drop in rates for members and non members. Don't call this place a gym. Come visit to see why!
