    I started going to GRIP six months ago to help rehabilitate my leg with a knee replacement. The trainers, Brad and Evan, have not only helped strengthen the leg with my replacement knee but also helped strengthen and align my entire body. They are prepared with excellent programs and always right on time to start and finish. They keep me disciplined with exercise as well as diet. I highly recommend GRIP for anyone looking to improve their overall physical health.
