The staff were nice and the doctor was very professional. He explained all in detailed and answered all my questions with clarity while showing the facts on a screen. There were no delays in the service.
After having been a patient/client at a small, privately owned practice for over 20 years, I was not excited about finding a new audiologist. The audiologist I had been seeing, was retiring and the practice was sold to a nationwide company.
I have only been at M.H.E. one time and I am, so far, happy with my experience.
Ashley and the staff were courteous & helpful. I appreciated their appointment reminder messges and I am happy with their location. Easy expressway and/or East Beltline access. (I was also happy with those points of service at my previous audiology office)

Great experience! My wife made the appointment for me and I went in somewhat "kicking and screaming." I knew I was loosing some hearing and the test showed what I suspected. I went in having decided I wasn't ready for hearing aids but after the test and trying hearing aids I couldn't deny that they really helped.
It was obvious the Dr. Didion has a lot of experience with skeptical people like myself. She really encouraged me to give them a try. So far the hearing aids are working well and I'm able to hear much better.
Dr. Didion is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone that is having problems hearing.
