My wife was having problems with her hearing aids. Steve madesome computer adjustments, adjusted the fitting, replaced the batteries and she was very satisfied with the results. Very goodcustomer service at Hear Michigan, AND - - No charge for thisadjustment service. Great company to work with if you have hearing concerns.

As usual, a thorough appraisal was done with ears, hearing aids, and charger. However the problem was not solved; I still cannot hear well enough to converse or to watch (hear) television in late afternoon/evening.

Accompanied my grandmother to her appointment. The office is very clean. They can usually get you in earlier than your appointment time. Steve was amazing. The only "issue" is they go green and not Go Blue
