Fantastic experience from the first call. My furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. I called another company that had 24hr service. They told me my furnace could not be repaired and tried to pressure me to sign a very expensive quote and pay half down in order for them to leave space heaters. They told me it would be a week for install. I called Jacobson’s at 8am and they were at my house shortly after 9. The quote was thousands of dollars less than I had received from the other company. They were able to install my new furnace the same day! I would recommend them to anyone. Honest, fair, kind and efficient!
We had our furnace and air conditioner both die on the exact same day during the hottest week of the summer. Jacobson’s was able to come out and give me a quote that day and they were there the next day to install. They did such a great job I was so happy with everything that they did for us. They even finished up early, BJ was here first checking to make sure that everything was working and realize there was a problem the next day Mike and Ryan came out and they were such gentleman and they did such a good job cleaning up and making sure that I knew what was going on the entire time I’m very thankful for Jacobson’s and the work they did for us because our house is nice and cool and we don’t have to worry this winter about our furnace going out.
