While vacationing in my native Michigan this summer with my cat Pip, she began showing symptoms of something wrong. A visit to an urgent care vet confirmed that she had developed metastasized tumors in her abdomen. Heaven at Home came highly recommended by a friend in Grand Rapids. From my first communication, I knew I had made the right choice for Pip. Paula contacted me over the weekend, explained the process and scheduling options and was a great communicator. On the Monday that we had scheduled, I received a prompt call from Kim confirming all the details. Dr. Katie Tillman arrived and immediately put me and Pip at ease. What a genuinely caring, kind, compassionate, professional veterinarian! Just the right amount of confidence, intuition, clinical skills and true support, all wrapped up in Dr. Tillman. I will forever be grateful for her providing Pip and me with a beautiful send off to the rainbow bridge and Pip’s next adventure. Thank you all, you’re the best.🥰
