The vet and vet tech were amazing. That's why they get 4 stars. If it weren't for the receptionist, it would be 5. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but from drop off to pick up, she was unpleasant. No friendliness, no kindness, nothing. My mother mentioned something on the drive home. I thought it was just me but it wasn't. Receptionist are the first people we see. It can make or break someone coming back. I'll try again someday.
I brought my recent rescue into their clinic to get neutered. As a new pet parent, i was pretty nervous - who isn't!
They were so amazing! We met with the vet, Dr. Sarah and her tech prior to my dog heading back. I instantly trusted them because they do this all day every day. They gave me a phone call about 6 hours after dropping him off giving me updates & letting me know he was doing wonderfully! They take home instructions were very easy to understand. The follow-up phone call the next day was a genuine tough answering all my questions.

1000% recommend this clinic. I got my boy Nugget scheduled for his appointment within days of contacting and the whole process was so easy and the fact they called to check on him today the day after procedure just goes to show how amazing they are ran there. I will 100% be back in the future if need be. THANK YOU!
