Excellent customer service! Another Volkswagen dealer (out of state) struggled to get my alignment correct and told me my vehicle battery was about shot. Within an hour and a half at Betten, my alignment was miraculously fixed and I learned my battery had at least another year of life left. After dealing with and spending a lot of money at a nightmare of an out of state VW dealer, Betten Volkswagen is the move for me from here on out. Not to mention they were able to get me in the same day and charged me nothing.

I have had vehicles serviced at Bettens, for years. My service writer (Jason) was a big reason that I decided to stick with the Volvo brand. I was disappointed to find that he is no longer there but that didn't change my mind. After looking on line for months, I started working with John (Ortegon), in used cars. I had great customer service and a great experience with John. Although he steered me in the direction of a car other than what I originally looked at, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is hands down the nicest car I've ever driven, and Volvo certified too! Thanks John

Amazing dealer and an absolute pleasure to work with. Clean place and they truly care about their customers. We bought a new car here yesterday our salesman Will Swets was very knowledgeable on the brand, spent alot of time going through the new vehicle features. Had a pleasurable buying experience and the cookies in the service department were delicious lol.
