The doctors are very knowledgeable, caring, and amazing. They listen to concerns and include patients in coming up with a plan. The support staff is wonderful, and the team keeps vision good. Getting an eye injection is as painless and worry free as possible. Everything feels pretty smooth, and patients feel very confident in the care received. The staff talks patients through each step of their condition, such as a retinal tear. The doctors are on time, and the whole team is professional. Patients feel comfortable and confident in the course of action and will return for follow ups.
Dr. Gelman and the whole staff that I was seen by were very pleasant and professional. Dr. Gelman answered all of questions concerning my eye treatment. Dr. Gelman made me feel at ease before my treatment started, I was very nervous about getting a shot to my eye. I highly recommend Dr. Gelman and his staff.
The receptionist was very nice and helpful with filling out the paperwork for the Dr and office file. The Dr was on time and felt like everything went pretty smoothly.
