“I absolutely LOVE Dr. Engelman. She’s attentive and compassionate. She’s concerned about her patients and their well being. However, the reason I gave 4 stars is, there’s ALWAYS that one other person that works there. Either it’s the nurse/attendant taking you back that doesn’t greet you: just calls your name with no hello, how are you today. Or there’s the eyeglasses receptionist who’s announcing that she hopes the power goes out during a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM” so she can go home (in front of patients-HOW TACKY). Then when I say, “Don’t say that! Then our homes will become HOT”! Her rebuttal is..”My house won’t be hot, I have a generator!” I then replied “well good for you!! Some people aren’t that fortunate”. Not the 1st time I’ve had to bring “Etiquette awareness “ to other staff members about SOME EMPLOYEES! “”
