I absolutely LOVE Dr. Engelman. She’s attentive and compassionate. She’s concerned about her patients and their well being. However, the reason I gave 4 stars is, there’s ALWAYS that one other person that works there. Either it’s the nurse/attendant taking you back that doesn’t greet you: just calls your name with no hello, how are you today. Or there’s the eyeglasses receptionist who’s announcing that she hopes the power goes out during a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM” so she can go home (in front of patients-HOW TACKY). Then when I say, “Don’t say that! Then our homes will become HOT”! Her rebuttal is..”My house won’t be hot, I have a generator!”… read full review
The Grand Blanc location is great. Short wait times, the staff is always very nice and friendly, the Dr. is great. She takes her time with you, she explains everything clearly and answers any questions you have. I'm happy I found this office.... it's a great place for your vision needs.
Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. My appointment was on time with no delays. Dr. Engelman is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions, which I didn't have many of because she explained most everything without me having to ask. Great experience from check-in, to selecting and ordering my new glasses.
