“Paramount installed my windows in 2011 and I've been very happy with them. In early 2025 I had Paramount come to the house and repair a slider screen door that became hard to open along with 2 ripped screens. In later 2025 I put my DIY skills to the test and power washed the house.. along with the screens, whoops! I called Paramount last week and they were out and replaced the screens and 2 balance replacement parts for the windows that became stuck. You can't even tell where it was fixed. Ron fit us in on a weekend. He was timely, considerate of our home and just came in and got the job done. I also want to thank him for the caulking instructions. I caulked all the doors and windows with no problems. Not a breath of air will get through now lol.
