“I have used them twice now for new installation, lacing into existing, stairs and refinishing. Their customer service, pricing, and professional employees was a blessing. On the second time using them in 2026, there was a mistake made in the staining process in the new wood installed in the kitchen. They owned the mistake, were great in communicating and made the mistake right. In the end, I am a very satisfied customer once again!”
“Huge shoutout to Mark and his crew at floor trends, I needed carpet installed in 3 bedrooms in a hurry as I’m trying to move in. I got ahold of him Friday and his guys came out Tuesday and knocked out all 3 rooms for a really affordable price! They did an awesome job as well. Super happy with it and will definitely be using Mark at Floor Trends for any future flooring needs!”
“The floors were done the week scheduled. The guys were on time (early), finished promptly and were professional.”
