Kevin was a tremendous help with our Carpet & LVP needs when we renovated our house! He was extremely knowledgeable and worked to get us the products that best fit our needs rather than trying to sell us the most expensive options We initially did a lot of research and shopped around before we started our projects but moving forward, as long as Kevin is at Karen’s they’ll have us as life long customers!

This is the first time Karens has done an install for me. The installers took what could have been a disaster and turned it into a good looking floor. They obviously knew what they were doing and I appreciated their professionalism.
