“Came home after a double shift to find water on my floor and my hot water heater came to it's expiration date and needing replacement. Called DeHooghe and Viau and talked to Kathy and she told me that their repairman were close by on a job and would have them come by after they were finished. Started this whole process around 9:30 AM and was expecting to have them come by and tell me that they would have to replace and figured I would have to schedule an appointment and would probably have h of water again in a week or so. Kathy called me around noon and said they were on their way. Austin and Logan showed up and were very professional and told me that it would have to be replaced and would be back shortly with a new one from the shop! In about another two hours they had removed my old hot water heater and replaced it with a brand new one! By around 3:30 PM I had hot water and a load of stress and relief off my mind! Thanks to Kathy, Austin and Logan for a job well done! I would HIGHLY recommend this business!!“
