“I live on an acreage and draw my water from the lake. As I'm not allowed to trench into the lake, the line is heat-traced and shielded, but lies above grade at the shoreline. The heat-trace failed yesterday afternoon and I am too far away for a service call. I spoke with Mitch at Reinhardt Plumbing late yesterday afternoon. After a lengthy discussion he was able to provide me with some sage advice to help me determine and rectify the problem. His advice was perfect and, after about an hour of work in the cold, I was able to get the heat-trace and my water system to work again! I am so grateful and would not hesitate to recommend this company for any residential or commercial heating or plumbing needs that anyone has! “I had a great experience today with Tom and Jim. I attempted a home faucet installation and failed. Luckily, I was able to turn the water line leaking. I called the Anchutz late in the day and left a message. I a call this am, that they were able to come today later in the day, as they were on a call ib Sister Bay. They called me at 1230pm ish and were on their way. Service was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to use their services and recommend if you have any need for a plumber.
