Coldest day, furnace quit.I called at noon Rob was here, assessed the problem ran and got a part and changed it out. I had heat by 330pm. Rob kept me updated all along the way. Thank you.

Have had 2 great experiences with these folks. New Mitsubishi air conditioning last summer and a new Regency wood burning hearth this winter . Quality work at a very fair price. Thanks B&K!!??
