“I had multiple issues that I let go on for too long when I began PT with Jake B. He was patient with me and didn't make me feel like I had too much to work on. We took turns tackling each thing and he helped me to feel strong again and able to walk, run, squat and deadlift with minimal to no pain. He tailors to your specific needs in a detailed home exercise program that is easy to access through an app and pays close attention if you are having any issues with that. He is even helping me with a running program now as I want to try my hand in a half marathon. She gave the wrong checklist account number to be paid then said ONEMA was lying and theirs. She owes ONEMA a major apology for her lack of knowledge. Besides she sat on her phone instead of working yet wants to be paid for doing nothing.
