I came here for neck and shoulder pain and DR. RUPA is amazing!!! She stretches you out, gives you exercises and WATCHES and corrects you to make sure you are doing it well. On my second course (ha, I’ll never leave) I was working with O’Neill and he is really challenging me. The front desk staff is so, so nice- Theresa and Joan.I hate to tell anyone about this office because they are so busy but they are so so great!
I have been to a couple different places for PT. I have never had better treatment from anywhere. Dr. Kim is phenomenal. I have lymphedema which is very difficult to treat. I have had the best results since going to Ally. The place is very calming and the staff is beyond courteous and very helpful. The one on one therapy is great. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.
My experience at Ally Physical Therapy was second to none! As soon as you walked through the doors you could feel the warmth and kindness of the receptionists. My therapist Dr. Rupa Patel was very knowledgeable in her craft and explained to me so I could understand what to do when I have completed my time with her. I can't explain enough how grateful I am that I was lead to Ally. Many thanks to O'Neil whom I worked with on my last day. You will not be disappointed if you go to Ally Physical, in fact, you will get more than you expect.
