A couple of months ago I tore my ACL and Meniscus playing basketball. I had surgery and was recommended to Ryan Mertz at Athletico in Plymouth by a family friend at church. I had a long, drawn out process before surgery and after surgery I was in an extreme amount of pain.
When I started working with Ryan, I immediately started improving. He is extremely knowledgable about what he does and made me feel comfortable from Day 1. As it turns out, he previously worked with the Chicago Cubs for the last 6 years so all of his patients are in good hands.
Ryan Mertz has gone above and beyond in making sure that I have everything I need to fully get back to normal. He has given me a wealth of exercises at home to do and even has let me borrow some equipment that makes at-home physical therapy a lot easier. He has given me hours of 1 on 1 attention which is a lot different than most physical therapy places.
For the past 7 weeks I have been going around 2-3 times a week. I am now more confident in my knee and have gotten almost all of my range of motion and full extension back.
I would definitely recommend going to Athletico Physical Therapy in Plymouth for any sort of injury, recovery process or injury prevention methods. You won't be disappointed.

Reviews
I saw their certified hand therapist, Bryony, and had a great experience. She was friendly, she listened to my issues, and she did a great job of fixing me up after I broke my wrist.
Janelle and the staff were amazing, kind and professional. Janelle was wonderful with our son who was injured at baseball. She worked with him to physically and mentally overcome his injury. I would highly recommend!
