My apartments use this service if you request for your carpets to be cleaned not all the time but once a year of a year and a half they'll pay for it. Seriously they get every stain. I've had a lot of pets that left stains. Then stains from stuff spilling. Every time they come out they spray some solution first then they have this vacuums thing that he says that is a steamer and its in the 150's or 200 degrees I may be wrong but its something high it not kills all the germs and bacteria but gets all the stains out matched with the carpet cleaner. Great customer service!! Recently needed a last minute cleaning done and they responded extremely quickly and fit it in their schedule! They do it all and will make sure it's done right!
