Bob knows his business, quickly figured me out as a customer, and worked with me knowing I didn't want to bust the budget and yet still pay respect to my mother. He had compassion and patience, which is exactly what is needed in such moments. At the funeral, he had everything ready and prepared, my mother looked great, and how Bob interacted with my 7 year old son helped ease a difficult and confusing time for him.
