Based on the reviews, Flat Rock Physicians offers a down home feeling with an amazing, friendly, and professional staff. Dr. Browne is a professional, caring doctor who goes above and beyond, taking her time to chat with patients. Dr. Patterson is great, kind, caring, and understanding; he listens carefully and has a warm compassion and wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Fretz is a compassionate, caring doctor who takes her time, making patients feel not rushed. The office staff is wonderful, always ready to help with fast, friendly service. This office is the absolute best for quality care, giving a feeling where everyone is happy. Patients have been coming for over 10 years and 2 decades, trusting their care and health to these doctors.
I have been seeing Dr. Patterson for over 2 decades now. I can’t believe it! He has always been great with me!
Listens. Takes his time but not at the expense of running “behind”. I recommend Dr. Patterson if you need. Primary Physician.
The staff here were wonderful; great conversation, and helped me with more than I even needed to get done. Dr Browne went above and beyond in her care. I felt more at home here than at my parents' place
My family has been coming to this office for 10+ years. My husband and both sons see Dr Patterson. They have never had anything bad to say about him. He very kind,caring and understanding. My daughter started seeing Dr Browne when she first started in the office. She a very professional, caring doctor. She takes her time with patients sometimes resulting in a wait time to see her but that's fine because I know she'll take the time needed with my daughter as well. Dr Browne has been an amazing blessed addition to the practice. I see Dr Fretz. She is a compassionate caring doctor. She takes her time with you. You don't feel rushed at all.
