Spent a year and a half getting 3 teeth pulled at a time for a full extraction. When my insurance changed I was not informed they were out of network. Waslied to and told they take humana. Spent the next six months chasing after call after call with promises they would call back. Extremely unprofessional staff. Actually raised their voice (Cathy and Celina indental) and told me its not her job. Then what is your job. To be nasty to people? They were going to let me pay 1800 out of pocket without my knowledge. The medical staff were cold and did not fulfill anything on there mission statement. Dr nugget is a terrible doctor he canceled my appointment and then got mad at me because I couldn't take the day off and then I tried to talk to him and he told me to shut up and wouldn't let me explain to him the issue he's a very rude doctor I've had a problem with the staff making fun of me talking about me with me being there and then bringing it up to Dr nugget

Psychiatrist Stephenson put me on the worst medication I've been on in my life. Told me to call him if I have side effects but everytime I ask for a callback they just remind me of my appointment a while out. That doesn't help..
