I needed Lab Services today! 1 scheduled a time prior to going My wait was less than 10 minutes!! Everyone was so nice, from the lady who checked me in to the one who drew my blood!!!! I definitely recommend this place!!!!
Thorough Care
Took my Wife into ER from an outdoor accident while gardening, she hit her head, lots of blood and there were two deep gashes, we had to wait quite awhile ( unfortunately this is not unusual at any hospitals ER, in all we were in ER for around 6 hours). She had Oshma and John, she had a CT scan, antibiotics in her I.V., pain reliever med, Oshma did a great job at stitching her forehead, especially since my Wife is very squirmish, afterwards we were given instructions and left with a prescription for pain meds and strong antibiotics, we both felt that she had received thorough care in a compassionate manner. All 3 of us (Papa, Grandma & 21 yo special needs granddaughter) were seen together for our not feeling well.
3 of us with sinus symptoms/cough/cold/flu type symptoms/sore throats with 3 very different diagnosises - 1 with STREP & with antibiotic, 1 with COPD exacerbation & Different antibiotic & finally 1 with VIRAL URI to treat symptoms till cleared up.
Little tight in exam room but by keeping us together made my understanding of everyone's problems, treatments & interrogation of medical lingo easier for us all.
Thanks to staff for understanding the need to see us together & getting us back on track.
