When we bought our house 2 and a half years ago (almost 3), we were told our water heater was old and would likely need to be replaced soon. We pushed it to the back of our minds and thought something like, “Oh, they have to say that because they want money.” Thank you for your integrity, Brian and Irene Cantu Cribbs! Anyway, last night I’m taking the dogs downstairs for bed and I see a warm river flowing from the water heater and snaking around the floor. My heart sank…and I began think thoughts like, “Lord, things have been so hard…not another thing!” But my amazing and lovely wife who has shown me abundant grace this past week immediately speaks words like, “God is sovereign.” I had been trying to remind myself of that all day. So, I reached out to my father-in-law (our Jack of all trades, handyman), and he suggested a few different places. We almost went with Walt Bierman (thanks, Dave Vanderlaan), but his wife said he may or may not be able to get to it today. So, I reached out to Bilz Plumbing on their website, and within 30 minutes they were asking questions via email and scheduled us for a morning to afternoon appointment to look at it and replace it. Here I am standing in front of our brand new beautiful water heater less than 24 hours after discovering it was dying. It was to their advantage that it was a very standard water heater…but still! I’m blown away! Thank you, Bilz, for your amazing customer service! Nick and Zack did an amazing job! Those guys need a raise! So thankful for God’s grace toward us…sinners. But even if it had gone another way…He would still be gracious! #Godisgracious #Godisgrace
Bilz was one of the only companies to answer the phone on the first call, and they came so quickly to help us! they were not only able to replace our toilet, they fixed a valve and did all the work in about 1.5 hours. Truly an amazing company. If we needed anything else done we would use this company again!
