A+ experience, I could not recommend Flagship more. I called Matt on a Friday after noticing some water damage leaking from my dishwasher into the basement ceiling and walls. Matt came right over, and immediately put my mind at ease despite a stressful series of events. He immediately got to work managing the water damage, and over the next week continued to check in with me daily in person and over the phone.
The entire Flagship team was transparent, helpful, and compassionate during this situation. While I hope I don't have any water damage any time soon, I know I have someone to call who will take great care of me if I do.

McKellips and Sons has been an amazing HVAC experience. Heather is very kind and super supportive while Christian got hands on. These guys got my leaking AC up and running giving me cold air on a hot summer day. Very responsive, kind, and does great work. I couldn’t be happier and will only be doing business with McKellips & Sons now on.

Bilz exceeded my expectation. Our water heater went out when I was out of town which my wife had to handle the process of replacement. Bilz prioritized our work because we were entirely without hot water. The office staff were knowledgable, courteous, and professional. The techs who came to our house we neat, polite, and hard working. To top it off after we paid our bill we got a check in the mail less than a week later with a refund of overpayment. They did not have to do this. We would have never known, but this company has integrity too. Highly recommend.
