“Honest and genuine. I've been walking around with what I thought was a cracked screen for 1-1/2 years. He took one look at it and suspected it wasn't broken, put it under the light and peeled the screen protector off, and no crack. I had put a screen protector over the screen protector thinking it didn't have one when the crack happened. Hilarious. He could of easily take advantage and said come back in twenty, and told me he replaced my screen, I would have believed him. What a great guy, made my day. Bought a new screen protector from him.
