I went in to get information transferred from one iPhone to the other this particular staff member seemed to be very irritated and short and condescending I don’t know his name, young Caucasian man with the headband on I don’t know if it was time for him to get off work or not but when I come into a business, I’m a customer and you do move fast through the customers, but not for the sake of being rude and should be professional
This location has had very little inventory for all of 2023. It looks as if they are going out of business except for TVs. Today I purchased something in the store for the first time in over a year and the checkout process was very poor. I bought a cheap flat antenna for my kids room. I had to got through a number of screens before I could pay, including a legal paragraph which made no sense to me. I asked the employee what it was trying to say and she wasn't sure. It was a screen about a $7 feet for the cheap antenna, but I was not looking for an extended warranty. After we finally got past that screen, next came ads - all of this BEFORE I could pay. After some "declines" and not signing up for a Best Buy credit card I was able to pay. I can't imagine ever purchasing from Best Buy again! They need to focus on not trying to scam shoppers into signing up for one thing after another when trying to make a simple purchase. I asked the employee if someone bought a soda, would they have to go through all these ads and she confirmed everyone if bombarded by them when trying to pay. Sad to say, unacceptable.
I was able to snag my google nest cameras here for a great deal. The young lady that helped me was very friendly and informative. However when I needed help finding something else I had to deal with another employee and he was absolutely rude and was no help what so ever. Unfortunately my experience could have been a 5 star.
