Thank you Raina for taking care of my device! AT&T sent me to this location to get help because I wasn’t receiving calls. My iPhone 15 plus was taken care of, cleaned and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend this location. Great customer service.
Had a shattered screen on kids IPad. By far the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Courteous and pleasant. No extras trying to be added on, or hidden fees. Very fast turn around time. Highly recommend, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t recommend anything!
Very prompt! Quick, fast and the follow-up was wonderful! Acouple of points that I must make. I initially went to the shop in Southfield, MI and for the same exact repair they were going to charge $40 additional dollars. WHY? Also, upon walking into the store it was professional and quiet in Southfield the music was blaring with curse words. 2 totally different experiences. This one was very positive but same corporation.
