This work was for my mom’s condo. He was very understanding and walked her through the whole process and when there were items to look at that would be additional, he explained it and didn’t not pressure her.
Our 20 year old air conditioner stopped working. I called Harriman on Monday morning. Robert came out in the afternoon. Fixed three things. We had cool air that day. Professional, pleasant, thorough. Excellent service, reasonable price.
Our A/C went out on Thursday the week before and another company came out and put a band-aid on the problem, 3 times that week. We contacted Harriman on Saturday and they came out the same day. Robert from Harriman arrived shortly after we called the company. He did a through investigation, discovered the issue and promptly replaced an item the first company allegedly replaced. The A/C has been working properly since.
