Had Eric out to remove and install a new toilet.
From the first call to set up the appointment I knew I had chosen the right company. Answered all questions that I had, provided date and time of appointment and then followed up the day before.
Eric was prompt and very professional and courteous. Explained everything he was going to be handling. Once finished he went over everything he had completed. He was easy to talk with and answered all questions that I had.
We have a other toilet that will need to be replaced here soon and I will not hesitate to have them do the work!
Short review: outstanding service at a fair price. Very quick to respond with service visits and to respond to questions and price quotes. Longer review: I have used them for a number of of issues while I’ve been renovation my bathroom, installing a new hot water tank and a substantial drain issue and each task was done quickly, professionally and every person I dealt with was a delight. They will get all my business in the future (I have a second bathroom but that’s next year) and I strongly recommend Jake and his folks.
