“I chose this physical therapy business by chance because it is close to my home but I have been pleasantly impressed by the quality of service. I never expected the quick results at 65+ years of age. My knees were aching and muscles in my legs were tight and strained. The manual stretches and exercises work. The doctor explains the treatment and answers all my concerns. The hands on treatment really makes a difference. Eight weeks and I can walk stairs better and I feel strength in my legs. All covered by insurance best choice I made to go here for physical therapy.“

“Hi all, this review is long overdue but it now that I have successfully completed my recover of a torn Achilles it is time to give the recognition and credit that is deserved. I want to acknowledge the fact that PT has not been something I’ve believed in due to past experiences at other places however, I must give a HUGE shoutout to Mike and Krissy for the work they have done and assisting with my recovery process. The four month journey was nothing shy of spectacular. Both Mike and Krissy were very knowledgeable to my injury and knew exactly what was needed for me to regain strength, mobility, comfort and motion. I was given the proper training and instructions for me to get back to living my normal life and being able to perform the activities that I most enjoy in living an active lifestyle. The entire process with them was very strategic and efficient. I originally had my surgery at the end of May and told Mike my goals by the start of autumn so he could create a plan that would help me reach my timeline. With 2/week sessions and @home exercises I was able to get back to the activities that I enjoyed most after 6-8 weeks which is well before my excepted recovery time. Furthermore, not only were Mike and Krissy professional in knowing exactly how to execute on my recovery needs but they are very personable. We were able to build a relationship throughout these few months which was a major reason I kept going back. Building a relationship and knowing that your doctor or specialist has your best interest at heart and caring about other things that are going on in your life creates the sense of security and trust that is needed when going through recovery. The experience that I had allows me to share and recommend their services to those of all ages who is in need of a physical therapists. “I broke my elbow in February and developed issues with some soft tissues near the fracture site. I was struggling for months to find a clinician or modality that would help. NSAIDs were useless, and the physical therapist, massage therapists and acupuncturist I initially tried weren't helping.

I decided to try Back to You after a DO said dry needling might still be beneficial. Before my first session with Dr. Bo, I couldn't use a computer without a wrist brace and I had to take constant breaks from simple household chores. Within a week of his needling I wasn't using the brace anymore and I cleaned my whole house for two hours without needing a break. It felt like after months I finally found a clinician I could trust to help me.

I began physical therapy at Back to You shortly afterward. Dr. Storer set me up with a home exercise program that has helped me return to normal function and also did some needling that really helped me out. Andrew the PTA listened when I was having any issues with the exercises and encouraged me to push myself. Alicia in the office was great at communicating and setting up appointments.

Going to Back to You was easily the best decision I've made for my recovery. I'm definitely coming back here if I feel like I need more help.“

“Metro Therapy in Troy , has a nice setting 6 lovely women who work on your back and has the best massages so if you're having back and neck pain Metro Therapy in Troy is the best place you want to go or rather should I say be. Unlike other therapy places they just don't take auto they except all insurance, Medicaid, Medicare mostly all insurances. If you don't have transportation reach out to your insurance company and setup transportation for yourself to get their I promise you won't regret it, and they'll have you feeling like a new person and pain free.“
