Steven and his guys did an awesome job restoring my basement after a flood. It was the cleanest Ive ever seen my basement since I moved into my house. Very friendly, professional and worked with my schedule. 10/10 would recommend.
After 30+ years of home ownership, we recently filed our first insurance claim due to storm damage. We called the Service Master Excellence Team to help us. Their inspection process was thorough. Problem areas were identified and addressed. The Service Master Excellence Team did an excellent job repairing storm damaged interior bedroom/office/garage walls and ceilings. Our walls/ceilings were restored to “new” condition. Messes were cleaned-up daily. Our (many) daily questions were answered. Had a huge emergency with a sewer backup situation. After making numerous calls to try to get help from a professional biohazard cleanup, I was at a loss to try to get someone to come out ASAP! The other companies turned me down.I tried the last number, a referral from a biohazard company, which said they did not have the type of manpower or tools to get the job done. So they referred me to ServiceMaster – for Water damage restoration services…..By now I was skeptical.
