Off to a rough start with the initial project manager. After Tony was assigned to our project it went smooth. The finished project was excellent and the crew that completed it was exceptional.

This is Jay’s wife reviewing, but I wanted to let you all know how satisfied we are with this amazing company! Please use them because they are so fast! I’m talking everything was done from start to finish in two weeks! As long as your insurance is approved there’s zero problem!
We initially used Servpro for mitigation because we never heard of Vision but that was a huge mistake. We waited three weeks after mitigation and it was excuse after excuse! Vision got it done in 2 freaking weeks from the call to completion! Highly recommend!

After getting nowhere with Servpro and their restoration team our insurance agent connected us with Vision! They came out within a day, Kris Langer got the ball rolling immediately and was great to work with. He then put us in touch with our project manager Craig Lupher. Craig answered every email, call and message and had Nick and Matt out within the week! They worked quickly, methodically and meticulously to restore our room beyond our dreams! It’s better than it was! Thanks so much Vision! I can finally sleep again!
