Bob who was in charge of the entire construction kept me very well informed coordinating all the work crews concrete,building,siding,electrical,gutters,garage door. Special shout out to Dave (building crew) Jeff (electrical) both great and professional office staff all very nice friendly highly recommend IAC for any project. I think we found one single shingle left in a bush. My neighbors recently got their roof done by a different company and the most annoying part was that it was days of disturbance- not just the noise required to actually build the roof, but also workers arguing. “Had 11 windows replaced for the second time. Originals were aluminum, vinyl the second time and they needed replacing for last few years. McGlinch & Sons provided options and selections that were items I hadn't thought of. Work was quick, windows installed 1st day and primarily exterior finished second. clean up was good and my questions were handled and well explained.
