We had been trying to schedule our roof to be done for 2 years from a company that continued to kick the can down the road for scheduling our project. I finally just decided to call West Michigan Roofing to see what they could do for us. In a matter of less than two weeks from that phone call, we had our new roof! In fact, the actual work at our home was done in only two days! This showed me how good communication and proper planning makes for a very successful project. We were sent a document to educate us on "what to expect", but honestly, it must have been a document to reflect a worst case scenario. I am very happy with the service from West Michigan Roofing and Construction. In October 2019, we decided we needed a new roof. I called four contractors for competing bids. One no-call/no-showed, one cancelled the estimate appointment and never called back, another was three hours late to the estimate appointment, and the other - WMRC - was two *days* early. Being in the area ahead of time, Tony came by to take a look, then came back a few days later to take a few more pictures to ensure his estimate was correct.
