Scott and his crew are amazing. What started off as some leaking turned into part of our roof blowing off in a wind storm. After calling to update him he offered to come out and tarp things down as we were expecting more storms! Once we received the go ahead from the insurance company I called to get on the schedule. Scott stated they were booked out aways, but since it was a smaller job and I was missing part of my roof, he would squeeze me in. Two weeks later (slight delay to issues they came across on their current job) I was told, "I'll have someone on your roof between 8:30 and 9." The crew pulled in at 8:15. I can't say enough great things about Trident Roof Solutions and Scott Bradley! When our commercial flat roof kept experiencing problems and affecting business, I reached out for advice and Scott came highly recommended. He came right away and did an inspection. Scott and his crew were very knowledgeable. Calls were always answered very timely and you can tell by talking to Scott that they actually care about their customers and the outcome of their work.
