I thank James and Houston for all of their assistance with the issue. Management arrived on time and fixed the issue. I would recommend their services, you want a company that will stand by their word and their warranty.
My flat roof had to be replaced through my warranty. Mr. Roof's warranty department was on top of getting back to me when the weather was good for installation. When they came out, they were professional and got it done quick. The manager also helped me with other issues and other questions I had from strong winds that came through. Very friendly and helpful! I appreciated it!
I would recommend Mr Roof. James came out the same day I sent the photo of a shingle that came loose. He reattached the shingle and checked the surrounding shingles to make sure they were also secure.
