We bought our house Oct 2022. We were told by the inspector that our 2 yr old roof wasn't installed properly and to get a roofing specialist out "sooner rather than later". Mark was absolutely awesome! He was so friendly and professional. He came out and looked at the roof. He fixed the shingles that were lifting and fixed the flashing that was bent due to nails being inserted diagonally. My husband and I didn't know what to expect in terms of replacement/repair cost. Mark didn't charge us anything and told us that the roof would last us 20 years. No games and no trying to sell us something that wasn't needed. Mark Williams is very honest and professional. I requested a roof inspection after a hail storm, he responded the same day and put my concerns to ease. Rather than trying to sell me something, he informed me that the roof was in great shape and had many years of life left. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest.
