“September 30, 2023 Review #445 My review is solely for My health CT SINUS SCAN AND CT CHEST THORACIC SCAN appointments with The Imaging Department. I was referred by My current two ENT St. John doctors that I've also been a patient with for 20 years. They are both located in the Ascension St. John Medical Building next door. I've been fighting bad allergies all Summer long plus recovering from a past employer that contributed to My breathing at night with a cough while sleeping then after wake-up, a 2 hour morning cough Starting with two phone calls on different days due to the reason for them was easy and pleasant with the department of scheduling. First a Sinus Scan then a CT Chest Thoracic Scan was to be performed a week apart. I had my referrals from the two doctors which made it easy to call and give the scheduler employee the needed insurance code. I booked my appointments based on availability. I liked and used the check-in advance through my phone text message reminder plus it was also offered in email. No problems or issues filling out the health questions the day before testing. The check-in staff Rachel and Imaging techs, Sarah and Kathryn were kind, pleasant and explained the machines, process and timing. So my stressful mind and nervousness was at ease. I wore lounge clothes from home so no need for hospital scrubs or gowns. After the two different scans on two different days I was given a printed out disc of the images of my sinuses and thoracic chest ex-ray to show and follow up with My ENT doctors. I won't discuss the good and bad results here since I am reviewing this medical business and building for others. I now have a St. John Medical patient portal set up too. I felt comfortable and was not rushed for my needed tests here at this medical center. I have attached many photos also to show from outside to walking inside with helpful and useful medical information. There are three different Ascension St. John Imaging locations in Macomb County areas within a few miles radius. I was referred and now I'm pleased to have chosen this ASJ Medical location. “I grew up in the New Baltimore area and I've been coming to this place most of my life (30+years). I was diagnosed with asthma at age 4 by Doctor Emerick. Over the years I would see doctors Klein, Schmidt, and Meineki while growing up. I was really bummed to hear some of the older doctors were leaving back years ago, but pleasantly surprised with the Doctor that I was assigned! I love that Dr. Marston is so sweet and genuine. She's the epitome of an amazing doctor! She's empathetic and sympathetic. She usually doesn't keep you waiting long, but apologizes if she's running a little behind & recognizes our time is just as valuable as hers. She listens to all your concerns and explains everything thoroughly in a manor that you can understand. I feel comfortable enough to open up about my true feelings in regards to my health concerns and I don't feel judged, as I have in the past with other doctors here. She's a burst of sunshine that this office needed and I will gladly drive 45 minutes to see her, versus any other doctor in my local area. So thankful for her and the knowledge and energy she brings.“

“Not only is Dr. Stephens the best doctor but today I had blood work done by Nicole H. and for the first time EVER I didn't even feel the needle poke me. She was great and deserves ? ... very impressed because every time I have blood work I end up getting poked several times, but today it was once and didn't feel a thing!
