Why has it taken 5 days (so far) to get simple x-ray results?? It's an x-ray... not rocket science. They won't answer the phone, my doctors office hasn't been sent anything, and I'm in limbo wondering if I need to schedule PT or if I'm risking surgery now with this injury not being cared for according to what an x-ray shows.

Excellent experience with the imaging department. Expected long delays and poor customer service, but ended up being one of the best experiences! Great reception staff, even better imaging staff, and overall experience couldn't be better! Thank you!
