Michael photographed our wedding this summer and our experience with him could not have felt more authentic! He communicated regularly throughout the planning process and made a point to meet us in person before the wedding. His candid approach to capturing the event felt genuine and personal. Our outdoor wedding had a huge focus on friends and informalities, and after looking through all of his finished work, our photo album is filled with true and authentic laughter, admiration, and our collective weirdness (some of which he even shot on film which looked amazing!). Michael was a valuable presence on our wedding day, and he worked hard to maintain a candid style and catch us and all of our friends/family members as our true selves. I had Bogart's install an aluminum fascia and soffit along with my newly installed shingle roof. I wish that I had known what a great job they do! I would have had them install my roof shingles as well! They not only did an exceptional job, they also picked up the mess that the roofers left around my yard. They also sealed exposed nails that the previous roofer left. The finished result of my aluminum fascia and soffit is absolutely perfect!If you're looking for an honest and most perfect job, I strongly suggest that you call them! I'm over the top pleased!!
Kari & Shannon are WONDERFUL people to work with! We had our wedding at the Castle and they brought my vision to life while working with our budget. They were there for us when we had questions/comments/concerns and were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I had a wonderful experience for my first time at Studio South! My hair stylist was Tami and she is so knowledgeable and she did an amazing job. I went from blue to brown which is a difficult process, and she did a fantastic job! She went above and beyond to make sure she did all the right steps communicating with coworkers and taking the time to get as close to the result I wanted. I’m new in town and will definitely be a regular here!

Shelly put a spiral perm in my hair that turned out amazing! She was very helpful with advise on products, styling tips and what to expect. I am very picky with my hair and was a little nervous going to someone new, especially for such a drastic change... but I am SO glad I did. Highly recommend!
We are working on training my second service dog. Gaye is very knowledgeable, kind, yet firm with training. She is the best trainer I have worked with. If she doesn't know how to do something, she figures it out and researches for answers.

I have worn glasses my entire life and spent more than my share of time in eye care centers. However, Charlevoix Eye Center has given me the best experience out of the many providers I have seen. Conveniently located near downtown Charlevoix, their staff has always provided prompt, kind service, always working with me and the various insurance providers I have carried. Repairs and maintenance have been consistently provided quickly, and with minimal cost, and best of all, Dr. Jon runs pretty tight to his schedule - no waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes to get your exam started. If you are looking for a provider who is professional, prompt, and courteous and accepts walk-ins, Charlevoix Eye Center is the best in the region, hands down.

Wonderful friendly nail place with easy access parking and kind owners who have the most up to date chrome pigments polishes and equipment. We were able to walk in and it was a short wait, if you don’t want to wait call ahead and make an appointment. I got gel toe and nails and they’re both expertly done, when I am in town I will come back. If I lived her, I would have a regular standing appointment.
